Schelling Saw
High tech cut to size CNC cutting using Schelling "Space Blade Technology"

Precision, speed, and labor savings are 3 reasons to try Acme's new Schelling cutting system.

The Schelling saw is able to cut to a tolerance of +/-.004 inches allowing easy cementing and fabrication of cut parts. New blade technology called "Space Cut" produces cutting results that eliminate many secondary machining and end finishing steps. No more chipped edges, heavy saw marks or wasted time on the edge finisher. You get a smooth edge right from the saw.

The Schelling makes quick work of large cutting orders which leaves you with more time to fabricate or assemble those rush jobs.

During the cutting process, the material floats on a bed of air which eliminates scratching and peeling of the protective film. The automatic vacuum loading system gently lifts each sheet and stacks it onto the aligning table. Loading each sheet and stacking it by vacuum rather than by sliding sheets on each other eliminates material scratching and peeling of the protective film.

Dust protection curtains completely enclose the saw line while cutting. Dust is efficiently evacuated which results in finished parts that are virtually dust free. This is great for screen printing applications. There is no time lost cleaning parts.
