Acme Plastics Inc. offers in-house laser cutting service for custom acrylic shapes & parts. Submit your vector artwork files and our team of experts will have a quote back to you within 2 business days. There is no minimum for acrylic laser cutting, we can laser cut as few or as many pieces of acrylic as you like. Our acrylic laser cutting service is ideal for one-off parts, prototyping and small production runs. We can laser cut acrylic up to .5" thick with masking material in place. For your convenience, we offer a full line of acrylic sheets for your laser cutting project. Typical tolerance is 1/64". In order to maintain quality, we do not accept customer-supplied material for laser cutting.
